INGREDIENTS
1 can chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained
1 big oven baked sweet potato, chopped
2 rounded tablespoons tahini sesame paste
A drizzle extra-virgin olive oil
1/10th of a crushed yellow Madame Jeanette or a crushed jalapeno pepper
1 teaspoon (1/3 palm full) ground cumin
1 teaspoon (1/3 palm full) ground coriander
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 lemon, juiced
some crushed walnuts
HOW-TO
- Combine beans, mashed sweet potatoes, tahini, oil, crushed pepper, cumin, coriander, garlic, crushed walnuts and lemon juice in food processor bowl and grind into a smooth paste.
- Serve with slices of cucumber, apple, carrots or just the way it is.
