One of the perks of traveling by bus in my home town, is the fact that our city buses have their own highway. So there is no traffic jam when traveling by bus here. Unless there is something terribly wrong, which only happens once every blue moon or so.
When you want to rush your way home from work, you can almost trust in the busdriver to push the pedal to the metal. As if their feet are made of some heavy.
A bustrip that on normal speed (normal speed for a bus here would maybe be about 30 to 50 km per hours) takes about 15 minutes. But in reality, destination can be arrived in 5 minutes.
No complaints here. No complaints at all. After working late, it’s only great to be home this fast and be able to kick off my shoes, put on my mumu and cook up a fast meal for dinner.
